Bridget Trammel built her career around people, operations and performance. Before entering real estate, she spent years in retail leadership, including managing teams of approximately 50 people.
In 2020, she was recruited into real estate leadership to help grow a large team. Within her first two years, production increased by 40% and team-leader GCI doubled.
That experience reinforced something Bridget had seen throughout her career: growth does not automatically create a better business. Without the right structure, growth can create more pressure, more complexity and more dependence on the owner.
